Job Title: Account Handler - Commercial Insurance
Join our Existing Business Team!
Location: Hove, BN3 4QW, UK
Type of role: Full-Time. Permanent. Mon-Fri 9-5
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
Our team is growing again!! Join Quality Care Group as a Commercial Account Handler supporting our Account Executives, managing clients, renewals, and new business, all in a thriving, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Account Handler
* Client Relations: Manage and grow client portfolio for retention and growth.
* Renewal Success: Achieve > 90% retention rate for policy renewals.
* Insurance Expertise: Handle changes, claims, underwriting, and additional covers.
* Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities, cross-sell business solutions.
* Technical Excellence: Address technical queries, champion client claims.
* Data Management: Keep systems updated, support SLAs and KPIs.
* Compliance & Learning: Uphold standards, pursue CPD and CII studies.

Qualifications and Experience required for this Insurance Account Handler role
* Working towards or willing to pursue CII exams.
* Strong commercial insurance and broking background.
* Familiarity with General Insurance products.
* Proven relationship management skills.
Skills required for this Insurance Account Handler role:
* Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
* Thrive under pressure, effective decision-maker.
* Negotiation skills, autonomy, workload management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
