The Job you will be Doing
* Supporting the Key Account Managers
* Providing all aspects of account admin support to ensure all customer needs are met
* Responsible for full project process, including issuing of works instructions
* Communicating customer mailing requirements to internal key contacts
* Invoicing and stock management including scheduling deliveries of customer stock
* Have a strong and thorough working knowledge of company products and applications
* Working closely with other teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions
* Communicate client requirements and feedback internally
About You
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous experience in B2B environments
* Fully IT literate
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Work collaboratively in a team environment
* Familiarity with CRM software
