Based in the account handling team, managing day to day enquiries from existing customers.
Respons
* Answering calls from customers or meeting them face to face in the office
* Review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to circumstances
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling
* Investigate, consult on, and process claims
* Delivering a good customer service experience at all times
Candidate Spec
* Be self motivated and willing to learn
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
* Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent of A-C grades including Maths, and English
* Car Owner/driver is required due to location of office
