About the role

As Apprentice Account Executive, reporting to our Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for providing support on a wide variety of client accounts. You will build detailed, accurate and insightful weekly and monthly reports. You will also provide excellent customer service and communications in this client-facing role and assist in the delivery of campaigns, tasks, and projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain Revenue Trackers to report on CRM performance, updating weekly for every client ahead of scheduled calls/meetings

* Prepare accurate monthly reporting decks (using Data Studio, GA4 and CRM platforms) for all clients that provide useful insights on which Account Managers can build CRM strategies

* Build great relationships with all clients, providing hands-on support and excellent levels of customer service and ensure the smooth running of client accounts

* Brief, design, build and deploy best practice email and SMS campaigns

* Build and optimise marketing automations to drive client revenue & customer retention

* Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth for clients

* Maintain client timesheets and time tracking

* Attend client meetings/calls as required, taking minutes and communicating actions and decisions to all stakeholders

* Develop and maintain an understanding of current business policies and legal compliance

* Provide assistance with content creation, website updates and marketing for PAASE

Requirements
