Our client is a leading creative agency delivering award-winning retail experiences that connect brands with customers across every touchpoint. From global rollouts and immersive brand activations to in-store campaigns and POS, they're looking for an experienced Account Director to help shape exceptional client partnerships and deliver outstanding creative work.

The Account Director Role:
You'll be the trusted strategic partner for a portfolio of major retail and consumer brands, leading projects from initial brief through to flawless delivery.
You'll:
* Own senior client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
* Lead talented internal teams across Creative, Production and Project Management.
* Drive commercial growth through strategic account development.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and beyond expectations.
* Present creative ideas with confidence and influence key stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities.
* Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
About You
* Agency-side experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
* Solid understanding of 3d POS production
* Experience delivering retail, shopper marketing, POS, experiential or integrated campaigns.
* Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets and account profitability.
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
* A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for delivering exceptional work.
