Join an award-winning B2B technology marketing agency as an Account Director, where you'll lead strategic client relationships, drive commercial growth, and play a key leadership role within a fast-growing business.
Working with some of the world's leading technology brands, you'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor while overseeing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video Content, and Events & Webinars.
We're looking for an experienced Account Director, or an ambitious Senior Account Manager ready to step into a leadership role. You'll have a proven background within a B2B technology marketing agency, strong commercial account growth experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. Experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns for technology or IT clients is essential.
In addition to leading key accounts, you'll support new business activity, mentor client services teams, and contribute to the agency's continued growth and success.
This is a full-time office-based role in Shepperton, Middlesex, offering a competitive basic salary, with double OTE, Employee Ownership Trust profit share, tax-efficient bonus scheme, stakeholder pension, 20 days' holiday plus Christmas office closure, and genuine opportunities to progress into senior leadership.
