Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Payroll Processing: Accurately manage and update manual payroll systems daily, ensuring all entries are precise and reconciled.Induction
Coordination: Conduct weekly five-hour induction sessions via video link for up to 25 new hires. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and compliance processes are strictly followed.
On-site Support: Regularly visit the factory floor to assist temporary staff and collaborate with the care team.
Communication: Confidently handle phone calls, addressing issues such as absences and sickness with professionalism.
Employee Relations: Participate in investigations, disciplines, grievances, occupational health meetings, and welfare meetings, following thorough training.What We're Looking For:
