On-site with food manufacturing client

Salary - Up to £25,500 + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional shifts from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM to cover holidays)
Parking: Available on site

About the Role as Account Coordinator:

Gi Group is seeking a dedicated Onsite Account Coordinator to join our team at our clients Food Factory in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role with a mix of office-based and on-the-floor responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Coordinator:

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our temporary workforce.
Factory Floor Presence: Regularly visit the factory floor to oversee the temp workforce, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues.
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job adverts, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and booking hours.
Shift Meetings: Attend and contribute to shift meetings, ensuring clear communication between all parties.
Administrative Duties: Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.About You:

Experience: You have experience with Excel and Outlook, as well as a background in customer service.
Adaptability: You're flexible and can cover shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM when needed.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive: You're proactive and can handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Team Player: You work well within a team and are happy to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and the temporary workforce.Benefits for the Account Coordinator role
