Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Accounts Payable Management:
Enter invoices accurately and promptly into our advanced ERP system.
Conduct thorough three-way matches (invoice, PO, delivery note) to ensure accuracy.
Resolve discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders (POs), and deliveries by collaborating closely with internal teams.
Provide responsive support to external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring seamless invoice processing.
Maintain clean supplier accounts and perform monthly reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist in generating customer invoices promptly to support revenue operations.
Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to team success.What We Look For:
