We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Accommodation Manager to oversee reception, housekeeping and the night team at a busy hotel.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the accommodation operation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service, leading your teams and keeping everything running efficiently.

Working closely with the General Manager and an external revenue management partner, you’ll also help maximise occupancy, improve room revenue and manage departmental budgets.

Oversee bookings, room allocations, check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
Maintain high standards across bedrooms and public areas, ensuring rooms are ready on time.
Prepare rotas, manage staffing levels and arrange cover when needed.
Monitor occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and accommodation revenue.
Work with the revenue management partner to maximise room sales and achieve budgets.
Manage departmental costs, supplies and maintenance issues.
Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring excellent service standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, health and safety and security requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in hotel, accommodation or front office management.
Strong team leadership and organisational skills.
A good understanding of hotel operations, occupancy, room rates and budgets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good IT skills, including hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office.
A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends.

The Opportunity
