Mobile AC & Refrigeration Engineer
London & M25
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum
A leading facilities management provider is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile AC & Refrigeration Engineer to join their established engineering team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London and the M25.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a varied commercial portfolio.
The Role
Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs on compressors, chillers, controls, and associated systems.
Servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Completing inspections, identifying defects, and carrying out remedial works.
Supporting general building services maintenance, including mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements and site procedures.
Maintaining accurate service records and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an AC & Refrigeration Engineer within commercial environments.
Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
Experience carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs.
A good understanding of health and safety procedures, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently across a mobile portfolio. Qualifications
City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas qualification or CITB J11 equivalent.
Plus one of the following:
NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Heating and Ventilation.
NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Heating and Ventilation Service and Maintenance. Salary & Package
£50,000 – £55,000 basic salary.
Excellent overtime opportunities.
1-in-10 call-out rota, paid at £140 per week.
