The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Air Conditioning division in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong manager who can lead a team of engineers, oversee maintenance operations, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Conditioning division.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
* Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small project works.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
* Plan engineer workloads and manage resources effectively.
* Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.
* Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Air Conditioning Engineers or Air Conditioning contracts.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
* Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Strong communication and client-facing experience.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
