AC Engineer – London
Mobile across London | Full-time | Company van + overtime opportunities
Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced AC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London.
We are looking for a strong, technically capable engineer who can work independently, diagnose faults efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

What you'll be doing
* Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance
* Service and maintain air conditioning systems
* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
* Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks
* Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns
* Complete job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation
* Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
* Liaise professionally with clients and site teams
What we're looking for
* Strong experience as an AC Engineer
* Good knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
* Relevant AC/HVAC qualifications
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
