AC Engineer – Static Site – Salary up to £38,000 per annum
Trevett Services are working with a national Building Services and FM provider who are looking to bring on an AC Engineer to work on their Static MOD site in the Salisbury region.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week with excellent career benefits and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHU’s as required.
* Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.
* Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
* Work closely with the Engineering Supervisor to report any issues.
* Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (6087) or equivalent
* City & Guilds 236 or 2382 (18th Edition) – Desired
* Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPM’s and Maintenance works.
* Good knowledge of general building services and Health & Safety
* Good knowledge in the industry working on commercial, private sector or residential contracts
You will need to have Security Clearance for this role, which we are able to process for you, and therefore it is essentials you are residing in the UK.
This is a full time, permanent role, and the working hours are 40 hours a week, Mon – Fri (Overtime & weekends available). In return you will receive a salary of up to £38,000 and a brilliant chance to join a national FM company
