Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs?
A specialist school in Slough is seeking a caring and enthusiastic ABA Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, SEN Teachers or Behaviour Analysts to gain practical experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies.
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
· Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
· Use ABA-based strategies to support learning, communication and positive behaviour.
· Help students develop independence, confidence and social skills.
· Build strong, positive relationships with children.
· Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support individual learning plans.
· Monitor progress and provide feedback on students' development.
We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:
· Patient, compassionate and enthusiastic.
· Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
· A confident communicator and positive role model.
· Interested in psychology, behaviour, education or therapy.
