7.5T Driver - 2 Person Furniture Delivery
We are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a busy home delivery team, providing a high-quality furniture delivery service directly to customers' homes. Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll be responsible for delivering furniture safely, professionally, and on time.
Shift Pattern & Pay
* Monday to Friday
* 05:00 - 07:00 AM start times
* £18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Driving a 7.5T vehicle on planned delivery routes.
* Completing home deliveries of furniture as part of a two-person team.
* Loading and unloading furniture safely and efficiently.
* Delivering excellent customer service at each delivery point.
* Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
* Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
* Valid UK 7.5T (C1) licence.
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to undertake heavy lifting as part of a two-person team.
* Reliable, professional, and safety-focused.
* Previous furniture delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
