Driver Hire Kettering are currently looking for CAT C1 Driver for a well-established white goods company based in Wellingborough
This role is permanent for the right candidate:
The role:
• The role involves the delivery and installation of home appliances to customers’ homes in a 7.5T vehicle (training will be provided on installation)
• Routes can be single or double-manned. Equipment is provided to assist with the lifting, but all candidates need to be physically fit for this role
• Personality and attention to customer-service for this role is essential
• 10-25 drops per day
Candidate Requirements:
• Hold Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence along with CPC and Digital Tacho card
• No more than 6 points
• Customer-service orientated
Full description of the role
First 8 hours
£12.50 per hour (PAYE) / £14.01 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
OT after 8 hours
£14.50 per hour (PAYE) / £16.25 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
Deliveries to customers across the UK
Skills / qualifications
Valid C1 licence (7.5T)
Valid Tachograph & CPC
No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
Minimum of 12 months 7.5T driving experience
