Description:
Our client a family run food distribution business based in Hatfield Heath are looking for a 7.5 Tonne driver on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
This is a temp to perm position paying between £15 - £16 per hour dependant on experience.
This is a multi-drop position doing around 15 - 20 drops per day. There will be manual handling involving the delivery of boxes weighing up to 22KG.
The role is customer facing and good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with delivery notes, customer payments and customer queries.
You will be responsible for following all company health and safety guidelines as well as maintaining the up keep of company vehicle and completing all of the standard drivers checks and cleaning the vehicle when necessary.
You will need a full UK driving licence, Digi tacho card and CPC.
For this role you will need to have your own transport due to client location.
