Location: Burton-upon-Trent (Branston area, DE14 3PD)
Employment Type: Ongoing Contract (Working via JT Recruit)
We are currently recruiting for reliable, professional 7.5 Ton (Category C1) Drivers to join our client's busy distribution team based at their state-of-the-art site in Branston, Burton-upon-Trent.
Our client is a world-class leader in the manufacturing and distribution of premium industrial trade products and climbing equipment. This is a brilliant opportunity to work out of a clean, modern facility with an organized transport office, excellent on-site driver facilities, and a reliable fleet.
We have immediate starts available for those seeking steady weekday work or premium weekend shifts.
Pay Rates
*
Monday to Friday (Days, 06:00 – 18:00): £14.50 per hour
*
Monday to Friday (Nights, 18:00 – 06:00): £16.50 per hour
*
Saturday (Flat Rate): £17.50 per hour
*
Sunday (Flat Rate): £19.50 per hour
The Role
*
Completing commercial and trade distribution deliveries across the midlands and surrounding regions.
*
Ensuring load security and safe transit of high-quality products.
*
Conducting routine pre- and post-shift vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects.
*
Accurately completing delivery paperwork and maintaining professional communication with the transport team.
What We Are Looking For
*
A valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
*
No more than 6 points on your licence (for insurance purposes—no DD/DR/CD codes).
*
A dependable work ethic and a commitment to safe driving practices.
