Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) Drivers to join a leading company based in Shrewsbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional 7.5 Tonne Drivers, Cat C1 Drivers, Multi-Drop Drivers, and Night Drivers looking for long-term work with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
You'll be delivering dairy products on structured night routes as part of a professional and supportive driving team.
Working Hours
Night shifts.
Start time approximately 12am (midnight).
Average 48 hours per week.
Working any 5 nights from 7.
Key Duties
Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) vehicle in line with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations.
Complete multi-drop deliveries of dairy products.
Load and unload deliveries safely.
Rotate stock and maintain product quality during deliveries.
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and security procedures at all times.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout each route.
Requirements
Valid 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) driving licence.
Valid Driver CPC qualification.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable.
Customer-focused with a professional approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
What We Offer
£15.00 per hour (PAYE).
£18.00 per hour (Umbrella).
Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
