3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Luton / Home
3 Month Contract
£400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware

We are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in central Luton 2 days a week.

The Role:

To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts, service requests etc. providing exceptional customer service. Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of security incidents. Manage complex access management / permissions requests etc. Technical environment includes:

Exchange on Premise / Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 Applications
Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
Microsoft Entra ID
Windows 10/11 Support and Admin
Active Directory Admin
Filesystems and Permission Management
Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication
Microsoft System Centre / EndPoint Manager The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

Experience in an infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
Great team player experienceDesirable skills include:

VMWare
Monitoring tools
Mobile device management
