3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer
My mulit award winning and very well established client, is in need of a fully office-based, 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer position located in Norwich City Centre..
You will be the highest tier of internal technical support, responsible for maintaining, securing, and innovating the company’s core infrastructure.

Core Technical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have strong hands-on experience with:
* Virtualisation: Managing and configuring virtualised server environments.
* Microsoft Ecosystem: Administering Windows Servers, Desktop OS, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
* Networking: Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing.
* Cloud Support: Managing cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments.
Operational Expectations
* No Remote Work: The role is strictly 100% on-site at the Norwich office.
* Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* On-Call/Flexibility: You must be willing to perform out-of-hours maintenance when needed.
* Right to Work: You must already possess the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
