Description:
3rd Line Core Apps Support Engineer is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Responsibilities & Skills:
The successful applicant will be an experienced 3rd Line Core Applications Support Engineer
As a Core Applications Engineer you will assist the customer directly
The role will primarily involve incident management escalated from 2nd line team and you will be responsible for resolving these on the customer's live systems
The 3rd Line Core Application Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a complex secure solution
Additional responsibilities will include delivering infrastructure development and testing of upgrades, patches and new software solutions.
SharePoint - Server management, SharePoint permissions, SharePoint Application integration
Strong PowerShell and other scripting experience
