Location: St Neots
Our client Boardcraft Limited, a leading contract furniture specialist, is seeking a talented 3D CAD Designer to join their dynamic team. With a focus on innovation and quality, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional furniture solutions to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce detailed 3D CAD drawings for client approval.
* Break down approved designs into component parts for manufacturing.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure precise execution.
* Contribute to estimating and project management tasks (training provided).
Requirements:
* Preferably experienced with Solidworks.
* Familiarity with sheet materials (melamine faced chipboard, plywood, MDF, etc.).
* Background in contract furniture is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
