Contract - Full time - Hybrid Working
We're currently recruiting around the South of Wales looking to hire Qualified Social Workers.
Not only will you be assisting Children in need, backed by a generous hourly rate of £38/hr, but you can also make use of the hybrid-working pattern to keep in touch with the comfort of your home.
About the role:
You'll be managing a caseload capped at a manageable 18.
Cases are stable, little to no legacy cases.
Few sibling groups - Less travel between homes.
Only 2 days a week in office, 3 from home.
Holistic approach to Children's Social Care, connected with multiple services and agencies.

What you'll bring to the table:
Post-qualifying experience as a social worker in CP or Court Work (or any relevent experience)
Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
