This role is 360, both Business Development and Recruitment for the roles you bring into your desk - Must have a billing track record.
Salary - £28,000 to 35,000 (DOE) plus excellent bonus

Duties Include:
- Can you identify new business opportunities and convert
- identify suitable candidates for current and prospective business
- Establish the customer’s requirements e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay etc.
- To liaise with customers to arrange interviews and to debrief candidates and customers as and when required
- To ensure all administrative requirements are completed
- To canvass current and potential customers to develop new business
- To regularly visit customers to develop a good working relationship and to identify business opportunities.
A successful candidate will have:
- A proven consistent Perms biller
- Previous Sales and Recruitment Experience
- Computer Literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Valid Driving License
- Excellent salary and bonus

- Up to 23 days + Bank Holidays
