Job Title: 360 Machine Operator

The Role: As a 360 Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating 360-degree excavators of various sizes, performing tasks such as digging, grading, lifting, and demolition. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and effective communication to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently according to project needs.
* Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on machinery to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
* Work closely with ground workers and other construction staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Follow all safety guidelines and regulations related to machine operation and construction sites.
* Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate operations and address any issues promptly.
* Operate a 14 Tonne Excavator
* You will be expected to get out of the machine and assist with Groundwork, drainage, concreting, etc.
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS/NPORS card for 360 Excavator Operation.
* Proven experience as a 360 Machine Operator in the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
