Salary: £18/hour (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets)
About the Role
Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced 360 Machine Operators (Above & Below 10T) to join our team on a long-term civil engineering project at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and excellent opportunities for progression.
Duties:
* Operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes
* Carrying out drainage, trenching, grading, and excavation works
* Loading materials and supporting site operations
* Assisting groundworks teams when required
* Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance
* Following site health and safety procedures
* Working effectively as part of a civils team
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (Above & Below 10T essential)
* Valid CSCS Card
* Previous experience on civil engineering projects preferred
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
* Strong understanding of site health and safety
* Willingness to work at Heysham Nuclear Power Station
* Additional plant tickets advantageous
