Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of their client, who are a well established Industrial Subcontractor working on site in Port Talbot, for 360 Excavators Drivers.
This is a great opportunity to join a company who have been established for nearly 30 years, and are currently enjoying a sustained period of growth in the industrial, haulage, and environmental industry.
With a strong Welsh heritage and sites covering the UK, the successful candidate would be based in the Swansea / Port Talbot area.
This is a 3 month temporary contract.
It is essential that successful applicants have experience of working in an industrial environment, as well as experience of driving a 360 Excavator with a grab.
Requirements:
* Experience and relevant qualifications such as CPCS or NPORS on 360 Excavator.
* Wheeled Excavator / Rubber Ducks / Material Handler experience is desirable.
* Experience of using a grab is essential.
* Previous experience of operating heavy plant in an industrial environment.
* A CCNSG Site Safety Passport, or the ability to obtain one
* A willingness to take a substance abuse test & medical examination
* A full UK driving licence is required
Shift patterns are on a 4 on, 4 off, 2 day, 2 night shift rota pattern, paying on average of £17.00 per hour. Rates between £12.75 Basic rate to £25.50 double time.
