My client based in Surrey is looking to appoint to two positions:
Compliance Surveyor
Ensure full compliance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012 & ACOPL8 Legionella management.
Domestic, Commercial (pavilion) experience.
Previously worked within a Local Authority/Social Housing compliance setting.Damp & Mould/Disrepair Surveyor
To undertake surveys in customer's homes, where damp, mould or disrepair has been reported.
Diagnose the cause of damp/mould/condensation and the required rectification works.
To agree changes with contractors as required during the progress of the works.Contract Length: 3-6 Months.
Rate: £28-32 Negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: Hybrid.
