We are currently recruiting a People Services Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. About the role:
As a People Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring an efficient and effective service across all areas of people administration. This is a hands-on and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys detail, processes, and working with others.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance checks
Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR projects
About you:
Previous experience in a People Services, HR Admin, or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident working with HR systems and handling confidential information
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Available for an immediate start
