Unlike bigger MSP’s, there are no silos here—no 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line tiers. Instead, they have one big tech support team dedicated to a wide range of customers, from manufacturing to professional services and more. Always interesting, varied, and challenging.
Role Overview: As soon as you demonstrate proficiency, you'll tackle advanced and complex problems. This may cover desktop, 365, cloud, networking, security, and connectivity. Every day is a school day and a new day. This role is normal office hours with an out-of-hours call rota.
What We’re Looking For:
* Engineers with a minimum of two years of technical support experience, ideally in a fast-paced MSP environment.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Endpoint Support with Intune.
* Prior experience in an IT role or as a Help Desk Technician
* Experience in an MSP or IT Services provider is essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical issues.
* Exceptional communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
* A valid driving license and own transport are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
* Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through steps to resolve issues.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
* Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
* Continuously seek ways to improve support processes.
