IT Support Engineer (Windows/Linux)

We are looking to speak with 2nd Line Support Engineers with experience of supporting Linus and WIndows devices.

This role is focused on EUC Support so you don’t have to have experience with the Server side but you will be asked to troubleshoot and fix 2nd Line issues with Windows and Linux endpoints.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and supporting both Operating Systems and be available to be on site 5 days per week in London.

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience: Hands-on experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar 2nd Line role.
Technical Proficiencies:

M365 / O365
Windows OS
Linux - Ubuntu
AD/EntraID
Group Policy
Solid foundational or advanced knowledge of Linux OS administration.
Device Build
Scripting
Config Management
TCP/IP
DNS

Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users
