Job Title: 2nd Line Support Technician
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
Assist with IT equipment and system setup/maintenance
Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support
Document support activities and resolutions
Collaborate to improve processes and service delivery
Ensure client satisfactionTechnologies:
Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019
Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure
VMware, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Endpoint security solutions (antivirus, firewalls)
Backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Altaro)Requirements:
2+ years in 2nd line support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and servers
Experience with Office 365 and Azure
Hardware/software troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL) a plusBenefits:
