2nd Line Support Engineer - £32,000-£38,000
An established Managed Service Provider in Surrey is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing technical team.
You'll be working across a range of client environments, resolving escalated issues and supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities:
Handling 2nd line tickets and escalations from 1st line
Troubleshooting desktop, server, and network issues
Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem environments
Managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies
Assisting with project work and system upgradesTech stack:
Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
Azure (basic administration)
Active Directory / Group Policy
Windows Server
Networking fundamentalsWhat we're looking for:
2-4 years' experience in IT support (ideally MSP)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure desirable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentPackage:
