2nd Line Support Engineer
Join us as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at Comms-care and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support. You'll be at the forefront of resolving IT issues, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure seamless operations.

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer you will:

Provide 2nd line technical support to clients, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
*
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT issues, escalating to 3rd line support when necessary.
*
Collaborate with other support engineers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
*
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
*
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
*
Document support processes and resolutions for future reference.
*
Provide regular progress updates to customers
To set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience
*
Proven experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer or similar role in an IT environment.
*
Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and systems would be advantageous
*
Experience in a Support/ Service/ Helpdesk environment
*
Familiarity with networking protocols and hardware.
*
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
