What you'll do:

* Juggle tasks like a pro: Provide support via phone, remotely, or even on-site when needed, ensuring a quick turnaround for our clients and their users.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has a proven track record in 2nd Line support

* Gets a thrill from troubleshooting and finding solutions

* Is a natural communicator: You can explain technical concepts clearly and put end users at ease.

* Is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer

Your technical toolkit should include:

* Mastery of: Windows 10/11, Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and Networking.

* Bonus points for: Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Group Policy, Security, and Scripting.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

* A knack for prioritising and time management: You handle multiple requests like a pro!

* Excellent written and verbal communication: Essential for logging tickets and explaining solutions.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: You can isolate issues and find the most efficient fixes.

* Top notch customer service: You get a buzz out of helping customers.
