Job Description:

In this role as an IT Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional support tasks to include full end-to-end project involvement and site setup. This will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience alongside seasoned senior engineers.

Responsibilities:

* Complete setup of sites, both onsite and remotely.

* Conduct upgrades and migrations.

* Provide end-user support.

* Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault finding.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network operations.

* Utilize your expertise in AutoPilot, Endpoint, and Imaging.

* Dedicate yourself to continuous progression and upskilling.

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in AutoPilot and Endpoint is essential.

* Familiarity with the Microsoft stack is advantageous but not mandatory.

* Experience in support roles.

* While project experience is desirable, it's not a prerequisite, as you'll gain exposure to it on the job.

* A positive, proactive attitude is a must.
