2nd Line Support Engineer
Central London, Office Based
Up to £35,000
We are recruiting a 2nd Line Support Engineer for an established, independent provider of business technology solutions. Our client supports organisations with managed IT, cloud communications, managed print and document management services, and is now looking for a highly motivated 2nd Line Engineer to join its growing outsourced IT helpdesk and support a high-profile customer.
As 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune and associated network environments. You will combine strong technical capability with confident, professional communication, both remotely and face-to-face.
What you’ll be doing
* Providing second-line technical support through a rapidly growing outsourced IT helpdesk.
* Investigating and resolving incidents across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
* Troubleshooting cloud, user, device and networking issues.
* Communicating clearly with customers and delivering a professional face-to-face service when required.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent office and client support coverage.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a second-line IT support role.
* A good understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.
* A sound grasp of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence dealing with customers remotely and face-to-face.
* The ability to commute to Central London.
