Job Title: 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Work Structure: Hybrid
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 DOE
Our client, a global supplier of branded merchandise who work with some of the most well-known brands are looking for an enthusiastic, driven 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT department.
Operating across the world, you will be based at their Manchester HQ supporting users in a busy environment remotely and face-to-face. This is a hybrid position, after one month of training in the office you can work 2-3 days from home each week!

MDM TechnologiesDay-to-day:
Effectively manage your own workload including backup management, data inputting, software deployments, mobile management, basic networking support, permissions, configurations, documentation (and more!)
Provide a high level of IT Support to users internally
To be the escalation point for junior engineers including mentoring
Support colleagues across the groups server & network infrastructure
To ensure the business systems, comms platforms, servers and network infrastructure are all operating smoothly across the company
Ensure all procedural documentation is kept up to date for all systems
