2nd Line Engineer
Location: Peterborough (hybrid)

My client, a leading Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join their team on a hybrid basis. Providing support to their end clients and customer mainly in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers (ticketing systems, helpdesk,, email, telephone)
Manage independent workload to ensure customers receive timely support & SLA targets are met
Contribute to the development of company solutions
Maintenance of company documentation
Requirements:
Active Directory/ Group Policy- on prem technologies
Microsoft Systems (Office 365)
Virtualisation tools- VMWare/Hyper-V
vSphere
Hands-on administrating Active Directory
Manage Windows Systems
MSP experience (beneficial)
