2nd Line Support Engineer - Glasgow (Hybrid) - To £35K
Lorien's UK-based client, is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support professional to join their team in Glasgow due to continued business success and growth. They are looking for this individual to possess a background supporting O365 users and providing technical recommendations. The successful candidate will take the reins on 2nd line queries, complete a broad range of support duties for O365 users, and enjoy working for an organisation looking to expand and grow into the year.

An outline of some of the duties involved:
Providing 2nd line support to staff and external customers across the organisation, particularly O365 users
Assisting the sales team in the recommendation of suitable technical products and solutions
Attend customer site visits, alongside business team and answer technical questions regarding propositions
Provide technical direction in the creation of quotes
Keeping customers regularly informed
Escalating advanced issues to relevant department/teamThey are asking for knowledge and skills across relevant tooling and areas including Office 365/Microsoft 365, PC Hardware, Teams/SharePoint, IT Service Management processes/procedures, Windows OS and Mobile iOS.
The position is paying up to £35,000 DOE, and offering a benefits package including:
