My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to join my clients IT team. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
*MUST HAVE MSP EXPERIENCE*
*Extensive Cloud knowlege needed*
Skills required-
Windows Desktop (phone number removed)
Experience of software and hardware troubleshooting
Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
Extensive knowledge of Cloud storage solutions, OneDrive, SharePoint, DropBox, etc...
Advanced Windows 10 Desktop Administration
Application and OS deployment
Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Hyper V)
Install, configure and troubleshoot issuesYou need to have experience working in an MSP environment as well as client visits 1 every 2 weeks.
