Description
Overseeing and managing all IT operations within the institution.
Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices.
Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner.
Managing and coordinating all IT-related matters with vendors and partners.
Managing the IT department's budget while seeking cost-effective technology solutions.
Ensuring effective IT support is available to all staff and students.
Staying updated with the latest technology trends relevant to the educational sector.Profile
A successful 2/3rd Line Technical Specialist should have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar IT management role within the not-for-profit or education sector.
Strong knowledge of system and network security, databases, and data storage systems.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
