About the Role

We are currently seeking two hard-working and reliable CSCS Labourers for an immediate start on a new build housing development in Nuneaton.

These are general site labouring positions focused on keeping the site running smoothly, safe, and clean.

Key Responsibilities

General site clearance, cleaning, and keeping work areas tidy.

Heavy manual handling, including moving materials and loading skips.

Assisting trade teams and site management with daily operational duties.

Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering strictly to site health and safety rules.

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card (Essential).

Full PPE (Safety Boots, High-Vis, Hard Hat).

Desirable - previous experience on a new build housing site.

Strong work ethic, physical fitness for manual lifting, and strict reliability.

Right-to-work documentation.
