Class 2 Drivers
Location: Chelmsford Depot
Pay - £16.35 per hour and overtime after 40 hours £24
Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
Position Type: Ongoing Work
Our Chelmsford depot is currently seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join the team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing opportunity with regular Monday to Friday shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Completing collections and deliveries efficiently and safely.
Assisting with the loading and unloading of parcels at both depot and customer sites.
Carrying out manual handling duties as part of daily operations.
Using company-issued devices and software to update delivery statuses and maintain communication with the depot.
Ensuring compliance with all road transport and driver regulations.

Monday to Friday
Start Time: 08:00 AM

Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
Hold a valid UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle category.
Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification.
Hold a valid Driver Digital Tachograph Card and use it at all times when driving, both onsite and offsite.
Have a minimum of 6 months' experience driving the relevant vehicle class.
Drivers who have held their licence for between 6 and 12 months will be required to complete a driving assessment.
Be physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling duties.
Have a professional and customer-focused attitude.
