Description:

In Technology Group are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join one of our clients in North London, based on site.

As a 1st/2nd line support engineer, you will be responsible for providing up to L2 solutions for their clients, acting as a senior point of contact for resolutions from the service desk and escalating above as appropriate.

Daily Responsibilities:

Be responsible for 1st/2nd line support, both in person and remotely
Oversee the provision of support to multiple clients across various sectors.
Resolve hardware, software and network issues
Ensure that SLAs are being met in an efficient and timely manner
Prioritise tickets and escalate as needed

Person Specification:

Strong understanding around the M365 stack
Good understanding of Networks
Strong experience with Active Directory
Strong understanding of Windows Servers
Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial

Salary will be from £26,000 to £33,000 DOE.
