Paignton | Up to £35,000 (DOE)

We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an IT Support Professional to join their growing technology team. This is a broad and hands-on role, providing support across the business while helping to maintain and enhance core systems, infrastructure and end-user technology.

You'll be a key part of the IT function, ensuring colleagues receive a high level of technical support while contributing to ongoing technology projects and improvements.

Responsibilities include:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, user accounts and endpoint devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and system-related issues.
Assist with the maintenance and improvement of business-critical systems and infrastructure.
Support device deployment, configuration and lifecycle management.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent support experience.
Maintain security best practices and help ensure systems remain compliant and up to date.
Contribute to IT projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience Required includes:

Previous experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Experience supporting users in a busy business environment.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
Experience managing hardware, software and end-user devices.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
Experience with SQL would be very advantageous
