1st Line Support Engineer.

Are you passionate about IT support and ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Microsoft 365 experience, work across both Mac and Windows environments, and earn Microsoft certifications along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

* Delivering 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person

* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

* Escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed

* Installing software, managing patches and updates (MS Office, antivirus, business apps)

* Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365

* Accurately documenting tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system

What we’re looking for:

* Around 2 years’ experience in a similar support role

* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools

* Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments

* Strong communicator with excellent people skills

* A customer-focused mindset and keen attention to detail

* Willingness to gain relevant Microsoft certifications

The role will be based in an office in Southwark, London and so you will need to be able to commute into Central London.
