1st line Support Engineer Role:
* Offer support to customers to solve queries in a professional and efficient manner
* Logging tickets & managing emails
* Resolve issues related to services provided
* Maintaining a log of data
* Relaying information to relevant internal teams when needed
* Carry out software testing
1st line Support Engineer Requirements:
* 1st Line Support and remote troubleshooting experience
* Confident in your approach to converse
* Genuine passion for your field and future progression
* Able to adapt under pressure and identify priority of tasks
Desirables:
* MS SQL
As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will be in office Monday-Friday, with a salary between £24,000-£27,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
